Our most popular service! We will professionally record your speaker’s presentations live (up to 50 simultaneous sessions), duplicate the tapes on-site and sell them to conference attendees. This can more than pay for itself in on-site sales alone!
On-site Duplication
We'll bring our high speed audio duplication equipment to your conference location and provide immediate salable product. Attendees can buy completed tapes within minutes after sessions conclude. Hundreds of tapes can be produced per hour.
On-site Sales and Mail Order Fulfillment
Our personnel will sell the tapes professionally and courteously to your conference attendees and we will give you a complete sales report at the end of the conference. Tapes can also be ordered after the conference via the custom order forms we provide or by simply calling our toll free number and using Visa or MasterCard for payment.
Video Taping
From simple single camera acquisition to full scale multi-camera genlock productions, we can provide video taping to meet your conference needs. On-site duplication is also available for immediate tape sales or distribution.
Image Magnification (IMAG)
When a presenter has a computer or video presentation or the speaker’s image needs enlarged, the image must be projected. We can provide state of the art LCD Video/Computer projection to fulfill this need. Multiple screens with varying sizes are available to suit whatever your venue requires.
Sound Reinforcement
From complete concert sound for 10,000 or more, down to smaller corporate seminar needs, we can provide your conference with complete audio support you won't have to worry about.
Stage Lighting
If you have large sessions you have large needs. Our rigging, par cans, and spotlights can help shed a little light on your problems.
