General Information

Dove offers a variety of tape products and related services, all of them excellent. Blank audio cassettes can be custom loaded in any length you desire and are available in 4 grades. Audio cassette duplication is available using two different methods (including bin-loop duplication.) Blank video tape is available in many popular lengths as well as video duplication from VHS through Betacam masters. It's the wonderful work of our audio/video department that built our business.

Blank Audio Cassettes

Dove offers custom blank audio cassettes of any length and any quantity. We offer you the lowest price possible without cutting corners in the quality of our product. We use BASF tape (a name you know) and we load it into 5-screw shells (not the cheap junk) because you demand a product that will hold up under actual use. There are even 5 different shell colors to pick from at no extra cost!

Duplicated Audio Cassettes

The same great components that go into our blank tape are used in our duplicated tapes as well, but on top of that add a great sounding reproduction of your material.

For greatest fidelity choose Dove's bin-loop duplication. Our equipment, from the company that invented bin-loop duplication (the most widely used method of cassette duplication) will keep your copies as true as possible!

The bin-loop process:

First, the master tape you supply is converted into a bin master (and endless loop tape.) This master loop is fed into a bin which keeps the loop from binding during the duplication process. Your material is then duplicated over and over onto a large reel of cassette tape with an inaudible signal marking the end of one copy and the beginning of the next. These reels are placed on cassette loading machines which can detect the signals between the copies. The loaders then cut and splice each copy and individually load it into an empty cassette shell. Your tape is imprinted with the names of your songs, etc...packaged with an insert and it's done!

If your material doesn't demand the quality of bin-loop duplication (i.e. voice only material) or if you only need a small quantity (less than 200) we can also offer you high speed, in-cassette duplication. In cassette duplication is done the same way you would copy a tape at home, except on a larger scale and it can be done for less cost than bin-loop. We don't recommend in-cassette duplication of musical material, but it's perfect when you only need 50 copies of a spoken message.
